MY AC COMPRESSOR CLUTCH STAYS ENGAGED CONTINUOUSLY AND DOES’NT CYCLE ON AND OFF AND DOES’NT COOL AS IT SHOULD. I REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR WITH A NEW ONE AND ITS STILL DOES’NT MAKE A DIFFERENCE. I EVEN VACUUMED IT FOR A FULL HOUR AND RECHARGED IT WITH THE EXACT AMOUNT OF REFRIGERANT SPECIFICATION AND NOTHING. DO YOU THINK I NEED TO REPLACE THE CONDENSER AND EXPANSION VALVE? OH AND I ALSO REPLACED THE PRESSURE SWITCH.

I have 9V coming to the compresor, it won't engage the clutch. Question is, is 9V enough to engage the coil or no?

My ac compressor clutch engages but not consistently if that makes sense? It will run but stop for a few seconds then run again and now my ac only blows warm air. Already recharged with a can of refrigerant and put in a new ac pressure switch

Let me save everyone 11 mins. Check for 12v at clutch plug If power is good there clutch is bad. Done. If no power is there check fuse then relay

Help my car ac compreesor trying to engage click clik click this happend engine is hot after 10mns of having resting the engine for a minuets happens. But in the morning first start compressor is engage properly until i shutdown the engine and then start it’s happened gain.. but if give revolution the ac clutch will engage ang continuesly working normalagain any idea would be appreciated tnx sir

@@drcoolautofix so i should go ahead and add some r134a to see if the clutch engages? It is not locked up, but i was confused about if my compressor is not engaging it i can still get an accurate reading on my AC manifold gauges

Hi, my ac compressor clutch is stuck, the clutch is not spinning and the ac is not blowing cold air. The ac compressor pulley spin freely, is it that my ac compressor gone bad and i should replace it?

If the clutch is stucked and puller is freely turning, the compressor is locked 🔒 you may be lucky to unlock it and it will work but if it doesn't then you will need to replace it
