Having to view this video will help me repair my refrigerator which has not been in working order - the freezer has defrosted everything also the main part of the refrigerator made everything warm - the end result was to have family and friends to a party of all the food instead of throwing it all away in the garbage - just orders the 3 and 1 part from Amazon - once again thank you for sharing this video to every person whom had watched it .

You are the 1st that I've seen on here, to show how and where to secure the body of the hard start . Which is important thanks. The three colored wire is another job well done my prone are are set up like yurs with the common at the bottom thanks again for well explained video on that too.

Perfect learning video! I have a small Haier .7 refrigerator, and the wiring was close. It has a Black and White power (one black goes to one white in two separate cords) so I had a Black and White. I used the Black nearest the Black, Red, White as the HOT, and the the other Black nearest the White, Red, Black as the Neutral. My triangle was upside down compared to yours, so I matched colors accordingly. I now have a running refrigerator with a $6.99 part and your awesome instructions!

I just made bundle on a drink machine I got for almost nothing. It had some burned wires, so I cut them back and installed a 3 n' 1 and shazam! One like new drink machine. Thanks!!

WOW. I didn't know those pieces came off of the 3 prongs. I assumed my compressor was different from all of the other videos.

Great video! Followed them exactly and found that I have a stuck piston. I have a Whirlpool refrigerator that is just over a year old. A new compressor is jut over $300. Since money is tight right now can I replace it with a used but same specs type of compressor?

Have an Embraco FGS 55 A compressor and have been unsuccessful in determining the horsepower rating. the 3 n1 comes in two flavors, one that is for horsepower under 1/5 and the other for 1/3 to 1/4 horsepower. Which one should I get? Thanks.

I Noticed the three in one that you have is different than other videos I have watched. Im referring to the numbers. On your video it seems to be as best as I can make out HS 206. Other videos have RCO410 but the same manufacturer Supco. I have an Narco CokeCola box probably 1970-1980's what would be the correct three in one to use?

A RCO410 and a HS206 are the same and they fit the same compressors. They would be correct to use on your Dixie Narco machine

so if you accidentally (or ignorantly) install the run and neutral wires the wrong way, it will just 'not run' as opposed to frying something, right?

My fridge is samsung and it has 3 wires in the relay and overload. It's like 7:36 in kzread.info/dash/bejne/YpemqZaqgqjUYKw.html How would you connect the 2 black wire from the 3in1 to the 3 wires from the fridge?
