Darren Hardy is one the must-follow people in the self-help space. His is so obsessed with self-improvement and success that he has his own magazine called "SUCCCESS". And he walks the talk as well being ultra productive and quite the successful entrepreneur.
He shares with best tactics in his best-selling book "The Compound Effect - Jumpstart Your Income, Your Life, Your Success". With the help of this video summary, in just a few minutes, you'll be able to understand what the compound effect is and most importantly, how to implement it in your personal and professional life. Not to mention, the video is completely FREE, while you'll have to spend a few bucks to get your own copy of the Compound Effect book ;)

The best course of action is the following - watch this Compound Effect summary and learn about the best success tactics. Apply them in your life (or at work). If you are happy with the results (as you most likely will be), head over to Amazon or to your favorite bookstore and get yourself a copy of the actual book. This way you dig deeper into these teachings only once you have proven they can work for you.
This Compound Effect summary gives you, not only what the book is about, but how to actually apply it. Because, let's be honest, you can read the book, or listen to the Compound Effect audiobook... BUT unless you start applying what you've learned, nothing will change in your personal and professional life (isn't that always the case?!)
Watch this animated summary, take action, apply the tactics to your life and you'll see dramatic results. I had the intention initially to do a Compound Effect summary PDF, but honestly, an animated video review is so much more fun to create, and consume.
Understanding Hardy's compound effect and putting it to work has never been easier - it only takes 15 minutes.
As always, post your comments and questions below. Smash that LIKE button and let me know what book you'd want me to summarize and review next.

    "The accomplishment of any goal is the progressive accumulation, or compound effect, of small steps taken consistently over time" -- my favorite quote from the book! Have you read this book?

    I have a question. What is your strategy in combining all of the advice that all of these self-development books offer? There is an abundance of them and sometimes I have a FOMO feeling that I should be combining and implementing all of them.

  • @SuccessfulByDesign

    Solid question! The answer is two-fold for me: 1. Implement the tactic that most resonates with you or the one that will help you solve the biggest problem. Once thats done, move on to the next in line. Thats what I do personally. 2. From a supply perspective I dump a lot of information on you not to overwhelm, but to provide a perspective on the book so you know if it is your cup of tea or not. So, if a book resonates with you, do get it and read it in full as they go much deeper. My idea is to provide a good-enough sample so you can see if it is for you or not. Let me know if that makes sense.

    What happened? The intro was great but during the animation of the book or during the presentation, the audio wasn't as clear as the intro. For a none native English speaker I had to rewind the video because I could not discern what the video was saying.

    Slight nitpick --- the maths isn't mathing. Unless American currency is just absurdly different or I'm not getting the grammar. The penny doubles in value every 31 days. I'll be rounding 31 days to a month for the sake of simplicity. I also had to search to try and understand American currency more. Apparently pennies and cents are the same over there. Us Brits just call them "pennies". It would take a month to have 2 pennies. The video says that the friend has 16 in just 5 days. I don't understand how that works. In another month, the 2 pennies become 4. In another month, the 4 pennies become 16.

  • @yongslicer
    @yongslicer4 ай бұрын

    I'd choose the 3 million dollars in cash now. After 5 days my friend hs 16 cents. I've retired my mom, gifted my family, made investments and I'm on a yacht in Dubai. You're broke in your house. Time is more important than money.

    A penny that doubles in price every 30 days? That would be a penny by the end of the month not 5grand
