Bit of unsolicited advice, which I think will help: If you’re switching the ground on the relay, you can just jump the battery positive thermal to the positive needed on the relay (saves running another positive from the key) and then you only need to be switching the earth with the temp sensor and not the key as well.

The only thing I'd add with the cooking to add a level of refinement that takes 1 second is to use your hands and rip up your salad to make salads and wraps that extra bit more special.
