This I like. It has enough room in the walk in pantry for an extra refrigerator and 1-2 freezers. That other "office" I'd make into a second storage center for canners, freeze drier, dehydrators, etc. I could live in this house comfortably. Good job. I like this client's taste in cabinetry and the only thing I could find missing is a jetted tub. I'll never go back to a plain bathtub again.

There are a few barndominium channels that tell you the actual cost and it's appreciated. Yes, we know prices change do to many, many reasons. Not giving us a basic coct is a fail.

I'm in Georgia I would love it if it was available.

How long do bandos last? does that metal rust, how much time before it does on average? questions questions.

Excellent Excellent can’t say it enough; love it. I was wondering as a customer I don’t like the slab at ground level, can I raise the slap 40 inches and have steps to front door. I like the idea of surrounding the home in raised beds with flowers and Plants

I love I was actually thinking about baying so the big question what are your area am in Florida

What is the estimated "life span" of a barndominium home? Compared to more traditional homes. And what type of maintenance is involved? I have read only 50 to 60 years. Is that true?

So what is the sq footage of the living space? Then total sq ft? What is the 2100 number in relation to?

How wide and long is the living room and kitchen area?

Depends on what you add to it. Floor plans are $40 to $100+ square foot. I'm looking into building one, but with 5 bedrooms 2 bath with an open floor plan and the bedrooms and laundry room upstairs.

It'll be really nice if they gave the price of the unit at the beginning and the end instead of having to look in the transcripts

Ok, let's get this out of the way. I really like your videos and one day would love to own a Barndo. They are very cool homes and I love the soaring ceilings. Couple of quick suggestions, perhaps critiques. Many here ask for build cost. I don't blame you for not giving that out. But anyone knows it's not cheap. Few hundred thousand for sure. Like any other home. So why are either the homeowners, or in one case of the owner who showed his home, no built-in counter-depth fridge such as a SubZero or another brand? Yes, they are expensive, but the look is so much better and nicer than the fridge sticking out from the cabinetry. We all know kitchens and bathrooms sell homes. There is no substitute for a built in fridge. A suggestion, minor at that, but easily accomplished, and once you do it you will wonder why you haven't and will do so going forward. Install electrical outlets along and in the baseboard molding instead of up a foot or so in middle of wall. The white outlet will disappear in the white molding and it is a much smoother and nicer look. Why no built in drawer microwave? Why is the outlet a wire hanging in full view above the back of the microwave? Why is the fireplace sticking so far out in the room, taking up a lot of space, when it can be basically flush with the wall and just out on the exterior? And in almost every case, the TV is mounted so high as to cause such bad neck strain it's absurd.

Every video it amazes me people ask price. Price obviously varies from Texas to upper NY to Mississippi so why ask ?!

Ohhhh...let me help un-amaze you! Land, labor, and materials will vary based on region. Then there are upgrades and customization. Most people know that. I think people are requesting ballpark numbers as a starting point. Like, I don't think anyone is looking at this Texas build, trying to find out the price and build it in New York on 5th Ave for that same price....just a hunch.
