Aww that is great!

I spent this month testing and decluttering my supplies. I did mostly Mandalas With Borders 5 because they are simple and fast but still let me test a pencil thoroughly, but did finish a full page in the new Mythorgraphic Deep Blue and one in Hampton's Forest Song. I actually gave away almost all of my "budget" pencils.. I kept my open stock artist brands (Polychromos, Albrecht Durer, Prisma, Lyra Rembrandt, Kohinoor Mondeluz (the watercolor version of polycolor, they are dual purpose and I think better than the polycolor dry, and while hard to find are open stock), Inktense, Museum Aquarelle, Chromaflow.. I think that is all of them), kept my Arteza Expert (which are kind of in the middle of almost artist and almost open stock), and the only budget pencils I kept were my Markarts (lovely soft beautiful pencils and dirt cheap, I forgot how nice these are), Design Journey, and the Arrtx (which I'm not thrilled with but just paid too much for.. I think they will go eventually). I have Brutfuner macarons mixed in with my Polychromos and those are beautiful and are staying. I brought all the rest to work and made some folks very happy. I did buy two new sets of Ohuhu alcohol markers (I already had the first pastel set) adding the second pastel set and the midtone set for 144 total.. I adore it, it's a gorgeous set combined and I will use every color. Most sets are almost entirely mid to dark shades, this is all perfect for basing for pencils on top. I even found a bamboo organizer that holds exactly 144 markers.. I sorted it all by color and its my new favorite thing ever. All my other alcohol markers are going. I reduced my waterbased markers to Tombow, the new Goldfabers, and a the grey set of Faber pitt pens.. everything else went. I'm really trying to pare down what I have to the stuff I love to use and can easily replace as needed.

I really enjoy these end-of-the-month looks back at your pages - especially the ones I was able to color along with you. Time with you makes my heart smile! Family Time is extremely important; so I hope your young men have a great start with their courses and new schedules. Get lots of loving in with them - they’re very blessed to have you able to be flexible as they begin this new stage in their lives. And it’s peace of mind for you knowing that all the potholes and speed bumps are figured out before you set your schedule for this school year. I’ll watch for your return.😊🤗❤️

I'm always amazed at how many pages you're able to get done! And I appreciate you showing the color palette cards because it helps me to see how to incorporate the colors from the cards into the pages because usually when I look at a card I struggle to figure out where to use each color on my pages. But seeing how you do it really helps me and gives me ideas! So thank you for that, and thank you for sharing your beautiful coloring pages with us! 😊❤
