Do I need to learn web dev before buying web3 cohort ?

I am a blockchain deverloper who specialises in Hyperledger Fabric which is used to make enterprise permissioned blockchain, to diversify my portfolio what blockchain would you recommend? EVM vs non evm based blockchain?

WEB 3.0 seems to be a better bet than AI specially for India due to the limitations of the Tech and required Data which is clearly reflected in the startup ecosystems where most of the prominent AI startups/models are from US

Hi Harkirat I am a UX designer and I have been following you for long. I have designed many apps, webapps and websites for e-commerce and Saas but now my interest is shifting towards web3. As I can see there are many developers in web3 but there is a shortage for UX designers. Hey harkirat I am going to join college this year and have attempted few entrance exams ,and i know that college curriculum is somewhat outdated. Now a days few clgs (newton , scaler)have come up with their 4 year btech programs promising good curriculum and teacher will be industry experts . The only issue is with fees(20 lacs for 4 year ) ,I wanted to know your perspective about these new age colleges .
