But His chosen people are the descendants of Isaac. Anyone who believes in him and his son and follow his commands will be saved. However. The true Israelites is who he will be coming for first. For he said he has already sealed 144’000 people. 12’000 people from each of the 12 tribes of Jacob. (Revaluations) Then it would be everyone else who believed and followed his command.

Muslims believe Ishmael and Isaac were both given honor of building nations. God will judge between all nations who worshipped him. In Christianity, we don't remember the seed of disobedience! God promised Sarah & Abraham a son who was always Isaac but instead of trusting God- Sarah went against his promise and in her fear of getting old, she pushed Abraham to have a child with their slave woman. And that mistake created Ishamel who has been killing the bloodline of Isaac from the beginning to today! This is what happens when people do not have patience and wait on the promise of God.

The story's moral is that it's wise sometimes not to listen to your woman as she will blame you or become bitter when things go wrong, even though that was her choice.

Deep stuff. Im trying to fight myself but Jesus wasn't around to after them.

It is not literally that Ishmael has been forgotten. If I am correct the narrator points Ishmael as the forgotten son, because after Abraham's death there's no further mention of him in the Bible. But there are mention of the nation borne of him. So it's not literal. Secondly, I would suggest or recommend everyone to read Genesis 15, 16, 17 for a better context regarding the rivalry between Sarah and Hagar. Or just read the whole Genesis it will make much sense. I say this because the narrator makes a few errors at the beginning of this story which points out Sarah in a bad light (my opinion). Abraham loved Sarah and did not despise (show lack of respect or unimportance) towards Sarah after the birth of Ishmael. It was in fact Hagar who disrespected, devalued, and showed unimportantance towards Sarah because Sarah was not able to concieve and she was. Sarah was grieved or hurt and went to Abraham to sort it out. I think of Abraham in that situation not having the backbone to separate the two so he gave Sarah blessing to do as she pleased and she did treat her harshly not dispised. I thank that I serve a just, compassion, loving, promise keeping, patience God. Thank you Jesus. God was able to judge both women right. Blessing both of their offsprings. In summary, be patient on God's promise. have Sarah listened to God and did not take matters into her own hand, perhaps there would be no Islam (Genesis 15 and 16). In my view Ishmael birth was due to Sarah desperation, fear, frustration, inpatient, insecurity. Lesson to us all. Wait on the Lord, don't take matters into our own hands, otherwise we will face drastic consequences. But God is all knowing, everything that happened was already done before the foundations of the earth (read Genesis 15:12-16). There's a reason for everything. What a mighty God we serve. Also to point out it's not a good for man to have multiple wives, spouse, girlfriends etc. Look at the situation caused😅. Only two can become 1. Not 3 or 4 lol.

I'm not sure where the narrator gets Ishmael is the Forgotten son never was he forgotten nor could he have been forgotten his lineage has a whole tribe of people living in the Middle East, now what the Bible does explain is why they have conflict, but he definitely made his mark in Bible prophecy as God prophesied he would. Some things I would like to point out. 1. Muslims do not believe Ishmael is buried inside the Kabbah, it is just a house of worship built by Abraham and Ishmael. 2. The Quran does not say that Prophet Muhammad was a descendent of Ishmael, it is just Arabic saying but we don't have any evidence of it. 3. The slave brought a great nation, called Islam and was not cast out. 4. You are not the free, you are just as the others, Church fathers created their own happiness 5. The line through which Lord Jesus Christ came. The people who came through Sarah, the wife of Abraham. Hagar was never mentioned as Wife in the Bible, she was always referred to the maid of Sarah.

Jews follow the Torah which has been around for over a thousand years before the Quran was even written and in the Torah which is God's Word the Lord clearly states the separation between Isaac and Ishmael. Isaac being the son of promise from Sarah and Ishmael being the son of the slave girl Hagar. Jews didn't and don't follow Muhammad because Muhammad is a false prophet who plagiarized the Jewish scriptures. Same reason why Christians don't follow Muhammad because Muhammad plagiarized the bible and came up with his own religion. Salvation came through the Jews that being Jesus. Going to a Mosque, temple, or church building doesn't save anyone. EVERYONE HAS SINNED AGAINST GOD AND ARE HEADED TO JUDGMENT good works don't save you. Reciting some pre scripted prayer 5 times a day won't save you as if you can work your way into heaven as if your earthly righteousness is actually acceptable to a perfect Holy God who judges sins. Only way of salvation is through the Son of God who is Jesus who lived a perfect life unto his Father and willingly laid His life down as a sacrifice for our sins.

It's more in the context that after the death of Abraham there's not mention of him in the Bible as an individual, but there are mention of the nations or kingdom borne of him (as the video also states). Secondly, your views of salvation is completely different to what Jesus teaches. If Islam believe that filling up mosques 5 times a day,slaughtering/sacrificing animals, is a way to salvation, well for me, that is all ritual. in Christianity we do not believe such a thing. Jesus was slained (cruficied and sacrificed) for the sins of the world and we are saved only by His grace and mercy. He is our ultimate sacrifice (Hebrews 10:12). Also Salvation comes with accepting Jesus as Lord and Saviour, repetence and everyone individual relationship with Jesus. If we do not have an intimate relationship with God, Jesus, the creator off all things, all these work are dead. From what I've just read from your comment, the comparison I make is that Christianity is based on intimate relationship, work and laws of God. And Islam is all based on works. Yes, you are correct that churches (not sure about temples), some are not filled with people daily due to many reasons. There's no one specific. Our God is omnipresente, he is not just found in a confine of a four building walls. He's everywhere. This is not to say that we must not congregate as a body of believers of Jesus. The church is not a building, this not the biblical understanding of the church. Church means an assembly or called out ones. So a church is not a building but people. When Christ returns he will get His church (His people) . So the way God works is checking the condition of people's heart. It's better to know God, than know of God. Having said that yes, we should gather as much as possible, but theres no where in scriptures (Bible) that says we must go to church 5x a day (you'll experience burn out). Not even in old testament (as far as I am concerned). And I believe that the old testament one of the books that Muslims follow from the Bible and Torah because of the Monsiac laws and Abrahamic religion/teachings (correct me if I am wrong). Besides not all 5 billion of Muslim like you mentioned go to mosque 5x a day (especially not the women). Yet you do all of these sacrificing of animals, going to the mosque 5x a day, does not mean you are holy. You may do all these works but if your heart is filth/character ain't right with God. Is that acceptable to God? On that day, He will say to you depart from me, I never knew you, (Matthew7:21). Not everyone will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of God. Which is believing and accepting Jesus as son of God (John 6:40) If I tell you that there are Christians in the world that pray more than 5x a day (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18). Your mouth will drop. All of this showing, that oh Muslim do this, oh Muslims holier than you because we attend mosque 5x a day, oh we pray more than you. It can be seem all hypocrisy and pride (Matthew 23). Jesus teach us to be humble, to do our work humility and in love and obey the laws.

2:05 Man bro no joke thing, but it is crucial as I have learned from my small 20 years of experince on this earth and observance to be careful when a woman suggests tou to do something that is even slighly agaisnt God even if it may 'SEEM' wise.
