I recently built the 20 ft. 4 legged windmill, and was very impressed with the quality of the materials, and the engineering; planning that went into the product. I am a retired aircraft mechanic, so it was not difficult for me to build. But for those who may not be mechanically inclined, I would advise getting some help. Watch this video several times, and read the manual several times. Make sure you don't tighten the nuts unless told to do so; especially the nuts for the blade hub, because if you don't leave those loose, you will never get the last blade brace installed. As you flip the sections over, the cross braces tend to flop and flail, so use some small needle nosed vice grips to clip them in place temporarily. Compare the measurements of the cross braces to the dimensions given in the illustration on page 7. It's a good idea to keep a 1/4 inch awl handy to align the holes, and as you add legs to sections, clamp them in place with a pair of duck bill vice clamps. If you are confused about anything, call OWS; they are very helpful and patient.
