People didn't want to poke the wasp's nest. Then the corruption flowed out from Russia, the assistance to neo-fascist groups like Le Pen in France and the alt-right connected with Brexit in the UK. There was early the evidence for false flag terror attacks as a pretext for the 2nd Chechnya invasion. An internal republic which wanted independence and was brutally crushed. I dont' think he's a narcissist. I genuienly believe he's got a fucked up mental state and didnt know how to solve it. Looks more as an action based on impulsivity rather than narcissism. Any psychologist with any knowledge of background I'm sure could affirm that. What he's doing is fucked, plainly fucked but the motive i think is more of something going on inside rather than a I want to dominate the world. Putin didnt know how to handle it so now he's gotten himself in a fucking deeper well, hope he opens his eyes and realizes that what he's doing deep down he knows he does not want to. Hope the best for everyone, fucked things happened but hope he opens his eyes and is humble despite how shit he must feel inside to say "stop" to his wrong of actions.

She was married to a poor Cossack guide before. For years they struggled to make ends meet, as she taught English and was the main bread winner, and all while refusing financial help from her rich parents. At the time it was big news because she’s a countess, a countess who married some random poor guy from the Cossack steps. So no I don’t think that with Pugachev it had anything to do with money. She even confided to friends at the time that she wishes he didn’t have all that money because people were going to think she was a gold digger, when facts were that she was everything but impressed. People from her world are just not that impressed. Maybe YOU would hook up with him for money, which is why you assume she did. Stop projecting! It seems to me like that is obviously what YOU would do, had you had the chance, and that is why you accuse her of it. She was born and raised in the world of the posh, so to her it didn’t look as glittery as it would probably look to you. Alexandra loves Russia, he is Russian, and at the time was quite handsome and charming _no woman can say no to a handsome, charming man who wants her, and on top of that also happens to be from the one place she loves and earns for the most in this world. She would have been a fool had she said no to that experience, just so that thick headed, bitter, one dimensional idiots like you wouldn’t run their mouths.

@john white, Lord Acton was speaking specifically about the Papacy at the time of the First Vatican Council, at which time the Pope (then Pope Pius IX) was declared divine and infallible. While Lord Acton's quote applies very well to Putin, even Putin must answer to the Papacy or face the Papal wrath as did JFK and other world leaders. In case you, like most, didn't know it, the Papacy is king of kings and lord of lords by his own decree. And the corruption of the Papacy is also unlimited as evidenced by the global pedophile priest pandemic, while almost none of the priests ever go to jail for their crimes. Instead, the Papacy simply moves them from diocese to diocese to escape justice. And the world is incapable of holding the Papacy to account for any of his crimes, even the World Court.

This doesn't mean that everything in the western world is perfect, but show me another political system that has a better record of holding politicians accountable for their actions and decisions. Putin is smart enough to realise that a dysfunctional and weak US Administration, like Biden's, will probably happen only once in a life time - he is taking full advantage of it now. It took him time to realise that Obama was fairly weak and indecisive, but he already knew about Biden's weaknesses and limitations as he had been VP for 8 years. As soon as Biden was inaugurated Putin would have began planning in earnest for the invasion of Ukraine. He was right about Biden, but he underestimated the response from Europe - who would have thought Europe would unite and take the leadership role.

There are many Russian dissidents, sure, and many more who claim they are "not political", but it's not JUST Putin. His whole "political party" called United Russia is at fault. @@virginiaserranovalencia8082 umm, even if that’s true, Fox is totally different from CNN, Msnbc, etc. While I do not agree with many of the ways in which mainstream media operates in general, Fox and all of the right wing networks are soooo detrimental to our society. It seems like all they focus on is drama, instigating culture wars, spreading conspiracy theories, dividing society, sowing dissent and preying on uneducated and gullible people. It’s like their constantly spreading propaganda against their own country… I don’t love the current administration either, and I think our country has been stuck with extremely poor choices as far as recent presidents, and the people in congress.. it’s embarrassing! ESPECIALLY people like Trump, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Lauren Boebert, Matt Gaetz, Ted Cruz, Kamala Harris, and many more. But the majority of the nutcases belong to the Republican Party, which is who Fox News supports. I don’t get how anyone in their right mind could support people like that. It’s unbelievable! The Democratic Party needs a lot of changes too, don’t get me wrong.. but yeah, Fox News is so bad for our country! They make all of their supporters totally despise and distrust our government. I get it to an extent.. it’s hard to trust our government considering the condition it has been in.. but they over do it! The extent in which Fox rallies their supporters to hate their own government is obviously not a good thing and it leaves our country very weak and fragile. Our government needs to do something to be more bipartisan and hate one another less and learn to work together .. major changes must be made. But at least with news channels like MSNBC, they aren’t constantly stirring up drama and turning their viewers against our own government 24/7. The culture war sh!t that Fox focuses on so much is really getting out of hand. The news is SUPPOSED to be unbiased and about current events and stuff.. its not supposed to be about news anchors spewing their personal political beliefs. Their words influence their viewers A LOT. And their words are always inflammatory and controversial and negative, so it tends to have a really negative effect on society and how people think and act. It’s really bad for our country. We need more unity and less division:

Donald pulled Sharon's Mazzarrella's pigtails, so her chasing him and smashing her metal lunchbox on his head was only fair for six-seven year olds. The more worrying ones are his throwing rocks, possibly a year earlier, at his toddler neighbour, Dennis Burnham, in a playpen, and bullying his younger brother, Robert.

1: Take a, hard to detect, psychopathic narcissist with a lust for power. 2: a public who looks up to such people for inspiration and leadership. 3: add a dash of human intelligence to make doomsday weaponry. Mix it altogether and you get this out of control nightmare.

What I find more scary then anything is the fact that some people like him, praise him, trust him and follow him blindly. Otherwise, he would have no support and no power.

@@PaonporteurI dont blame the Russian people for this. I bet many of them want to live in peace just like the majority of other people. When Mikhail Gorbachev went around asking the people in what direction they wanted Russia to go; they simply said (im paraphrasing) "we dont mind, just please... no more wars". Of course you get the brainwashed ones but in country with no free press what would you expect.

@Tranzor. It's rather your Joe who is the most able to make get things out of control. At least, are you fully vaccinated?
