Hi, As per IS 456 concrete cover should be as per same grade of concrete, but in general practice at site we always take cover 1 grade higher example Concrete grade is M25, than cover will be M30, same if concrete is M35 than cover M40. These are two practical answers

Hamare ghar ki slab me cover block use nahi kiya hai , to steel niche se dikh rha hai , to nuksan se bachcne se kaise bache
Sir mere ghar ki chatt par 3 -4 jagh par barish ka paani rukta hai or neeche wale kamro main seelan bhi aa gyi hai koi solution batao
