Thank you sir for this knowledge. I have 2 requests - 1. Please make a video on basic norms/legal requirements for the construction of flats. What is difference between group housing society (I've heard this term many times) and normal construction of flats ? Is their any difference in their norms as per laws ? What should be the plot area and covered area ? Should we have to take any permissions ? If yes, then what and from whom ? 2. For starting a project, how to estimate the construction cost of flats for a particular plot area ? I know, I have asked too much 🙂. Please ignore my stupidity (just in case), for any question, if you feel so 😜 Thank you once again for this video.
