We usually stay at Caribbean. We have never stayed at the deluxe resort. We are going in June and we booked contemporary originally but after watching reviews on Poly, we decided to transfer the reservation. I hope we made the right choice

They’re both great resorts but my pick would be Polynesian- the rooms especially are much nicer and the whole vibe of the resort is so relaxing and feels like “vacation”. We are filming the Contemporary guide this week as well, but I think you made the right choice. Have fun! 🤗

Hey Living By Disney, in your opinion is it possible to build skyliners from Disney’s Polynesian resort to Hollywood studios?

Anything is possible but it’s unlikely. The existing Skyliner route is more likely to be expanded than it would be to add an entirely new section. But that’s just my guess. There hasn’t been any news on plans to add more so far.

We will be staying here for the first time in October. Previous stays have been Animal Kingdom, Old Key West, and Wilderness Lodge. You covered the transportation options very well. I am curious to what are the fastest options to each park in the morning.

MK and Epcot usually monorail, the others would be bus.

Damn, I just priced rooms. Holy crap !! Starting at $750 a nite in the worst room. Well, I guess it's Wilderness for me

Yeah Poly is pretty much the most expensive resort at Disney usually equal or even a bit more than Grand Floridian.

Staying there in December. You didn’t mention club level rooms. Are they different than what you showed?

Club level would almost need its own video- the rooms vary… some are standard like what’s shown here but the biggest perk to Club is access to the lounge with free food and drinks- even alcohol. It also has great views of the fireworks at Magic Kingdom too.

I would love to stay at the polynesian. It's been a dream since childhood. Now i have a child and never have been. I was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer last year. I've been incredibly ill. I am taking my young child to disney in a few days. I can only afford one day at the park. I am staying one night at the a value resort. Can we go see polynesian and / or eat at a restaurant there if we aren't guests there. It looks so beautiful. I would love to go. Are there ever last minute discounts? If i do a review.

You can always visit resorts without staying in them anytime. We love doing resort tours. Hope you have a magical trip!
