Btw Skinny fit is great for the men built like my fiancé. Thick around the waist, but skinny long legs. He’s a 39 in waist, 42 in hips. I hate the look of pants under the stomach. By buying a super skinny pant that fits well at the legs, it works great. Ends up looking more slim fit.

The Duratech Ranger cargo pants are the absolute best work pants I’ve ever worn! The 874s are the most versatile; can be worn for work, casual, dress, etc. and the price is right.

Been looking for a good cargo pants for a while. Dickies is a good choice. Looking for a nice straight fit cargos and 874 looks good too. Dickies and Carhartt sounds like the best options for skate/streetwear/workwear pants. nice detailed review comparison and haul. like the outfits you paired with each fit too. thanks

I'm a low voltage tech and urbex explorer/tagger for fun and I got the cargo's as my first Dickies ever back in 2020 and I love Dickies so much now. I basically came here to see what else is out there. I have some overalls on the way!

I have been blessed and cursed with some of the chonkiest calves known to man, and Dickies loose fit have been an absolute godsend to me. With most pants I can't get past the knee, so it's great to have pants that are made more to my figure.

dickies workwear pants is one of my favorite along with Carhartt, dri duck and Levis. 874, slim, loose double knee and cargo pants look great (anything besides the skinny fit lol) very good comprehensive review. this is gonna help a lot of people out when they are online shopping. skatewear, streetwear haul

Good choices, the design on the cargo is nice but there are some cons to it. I'm planning to release a more detailed review on the cargo pants this week. Hopefully itll answer all your questions.

I just bought a pair off amazon I usually wear 32x32 but I decided to go up one size 34x32 and forgot how baggy they actually are but overall I miss the comfort

874s , slim straight, and double knee my fav

I use the skinny work pants for heavy duty construction work I enjoy them they’re my favorite and gone to them for years

Dickies Relaxed Fit Cargo pants are missing! Why was that style left out of the comparison?

It's crazy how the regular straight has a wider hip opening than the loose. I definitely would not understand without assistance.

I got some purple rose 874 dickies in 36x30 and I have a black pair in 33x30 and they fit fine like loose in the waist and a little bit baggy not a lot but hopefully going 3 sizes up again is baggy I couldn’t decide if I wanted some double Kees for the loose fit or the cool purple colored 874s

best dickies break down video i have ever seen! wish they (dickies) would add the cell pocket to the 874 that would be the perfect pants. i use the double knee because of that feature, but really like the 874 for fit and look and leg opening but need that extra pocket soooo...

wondering how accurate is their waistline sizing ......I wear 33 jeans .... but found am awesome deal on 34 waists ... I hate belts but hoping Dickies sizing would be a tiny bit snugg 34 ,some 33s can feel too loose ......so 34 would almost garenteed feel too loose,......just not sure how tooo loose compared to Rustler jeans.

Can you please explain difference between Levis 514 straight fit flex and Levi's 514 stretch straight-fit flex . I just bought one of each from Kohls in the same size. But the latter one fits me a bit more snug than the former. Matter of fact, I may need to buy the first ones in an inch smaller in the waist b/c they're kinda loose... Any ideas on if there should be this difference even though they are both 514s and same exact waist/inseam size??? (There is only that slight difference in their respective names, but both pair are 514s).

Check what material each pair is made of. I would think that the latter would have more elastane in it. The material really makes a difference on the overall fit even if both pairs are the same waist/inseam.

Dickies is a great casual workwear brand

How strange. I wear a 30x34 so I imagine we have similar fitting and the Skinny Straight isn't as tight as it appears on you. My khaki pair do not bunch at all at the knee. I actually quite like it. Not too tight and not too loose. Doing my own measurements and comparison, it is almost like the Levi 502 taper. Perhaps the factory messed up or they adjusted it to be a tad looser? I did buy mine in mid to late 2021.

try the cargo straight fit and maybe go up one waist size if you want it a bit more loose

I recommend going TTS on all pairs besides the skinny. My weight is 72 kg and my waist is around 29.5"
