Can someone explain where are the military skills?

Overall solid form, good basics and good kicking. Tricking got a little repetitive and some transitions need to be faster. Keep up the great work!!

You would have go to a taekwondo school that says ata or victory and train there

this isn't a martial art it's a dance routine

In my opinion it's not,there is a thing called bunkai,where you apply the teknikes,this is just for show,she is talented and good at movements,but there is no budo teknike in it,just flashy teknikes,the US version of kata,the mcdojo way,and hence there is no martial art in it,just fancy

​@@AresZooba11Please educate yourself and read/research the meaning of the Japanese word " Kata" and you will discover that she is just engaging in gymnastics with no knowledge of Martial/Self defense skills

Ninguém vende isso como defesa pessoal, o XMA nunca escondeu que é focado em acrobacias, e não é defesa ou um método, mas uma forma de desenvolver habilidades de ginástica e artes marciais combinadas. McDojo é aquele que vende algo dizendo que é outra coisa. Se tu não curte a proposta é só não ver, assim como eu não curto futebol, e só não vejo.
