Woah, yea me too was thinking that why use a light and rather not make a sun means a physical ball with density flame glow or emission. Gotta watch it now. Haven't watched 😅

Oh hey I know why this is! According to the blender manual, the strength sun lights (and emissions on meshes) are actually measured in watts per square meter, versus just watts for all other light sources. Also it seems like you might be off by a decimal place, as the average sunlight hitting the earth is ~1000w/m^2.

wenn du die exposure runter drehst, hat das ja nichts mehr mit der lichtstärke zu tun, i guess?! du clipst damit das licht/die schatten. vielleicht hab ichs aber auch nich ganz gerafft :D es gibt aber auch ein addon, dass dir phsyical light sources hinzufügt. da kann man dann auch andere maßeinheiten verwenden. mal damit testen
