Actually, its probably moreso because a set of L3HARRIS GPNVG-40 "QuadNods" use gen 3 UV amplifier tubes, which, are illegal to film through. In other words, if he did that, hed be commiting a federal crime.

one of the best things about night vision goggles is that if you have a flashlight everyone sees you and when you have a night vision goggles you're almost impossible to be seen in dark
