Great video! Condo #1 for sure with that insane pool!!

The amenities are just all next level. I think the first condo was the best as the amenities and that huge rooftop infinity pool was just awesome. For $500 a month you would not get a dog shed in LA;-)

Condo itself is 30m2 which is a doghouse size. Amenities are 1st class indeed

Thanks again for the tour, nice choices. That being said, I'm curious if the prices are still the same as you quoted. Other KZreadrs have shown other condo rentals (albeit more luxurious than these) at prices that had apparently almost doubled in price. These would fit my needs and budget quite well.

Number one is the best one and the communal area is amazing and beautiful

#2 Very Open and I love Lofts. The other 2 had the Living room TV at the entrance ( I hate that ) I prefer the living room to be looking out glass Window or out over Balcony. A Condo High Rise I really like is ET Ekkamai. If You have not seen it , You really should.

#1 and #3 had amazing amenities but I loved the condo #2 the best.

I like the first condo because it’s newer and the layout is good; it’s just a bit small. The second choice is the second condo. It looks roomy, but the drawback is the bedroom because you cannot stand up.😊

The third and first Condos are fine, but first is to small the second do not like stairs. The third no as nice as the first. But always love you Jeff. Find nice condo in Chaing Mai.

They all have different elements I like, would be hard to choose one. I like the kitchen and bathroom in the first one. I love the aesthetics of the second one. And I like the bedroom in the third one. So hard choice 😂. If I was ever to choose, I’d have to have a really good gym.. that would end up being my deciding factor. 👍

Most landlords want 1 year

#2 looked like the clear winner in this group. Moat space including the extra working space. None of them have any storage though

Is that for rent if it is that is awesome and Cindy is ver accommodating number 1and 3 condo for me i love them plus the pool area.

Do they do monthly stay for short term?

have been to Bangkok location address several times for 2 - 6 weeks plan to do 2 months . need more information about condos verses hotel. example - what is included - from- utilities, internet, dishes, bed linens,cleaning services or lack of, location address, do we contact you or mention you so you can receive commission ?,

Any short term number 1 and 3 .1 month in Bangkok then to kl for a month then maybe Bali or pattaya 4 to 5 month trip this year

In Thailand it is very common for Thai people to call a two storey condo to be called a duplex. Even though it might not be correct in America, this is what they call two storey condos

Ok.. lol.. these units are claustrophobic lol. I mean.. all are ok for someone who like living in a small box. But most of us ( me myself) are interested in more open living areas. Now if you’re into’studios with Bedrm.. cool, but not me.

I like the 3rd unit. The price is good Julian. Need to know your email or phone number. I don't know the time I am aloud to stay but i am thinking of retiring in Thailand.
