Compliance and security have always been a favourite area for me. So in this weeks All you need to know I’m taking a look at an all new feature in Microsoft 365, Communications compliance. It allows administrators to harness the power of AI and machine learning to hunt for users who may be send out inappropriate content. AI actively scans all your communications and reports on behaviour that could include threatening or offensive language, or users who might be tempted to share sexual or violent images on the corporate network. This is truly an amazing piece of tech that will allow compliance admins to monitor and report any potential security breaches to management.
