I bet those people who say what a thing is LISTED for on Ebay, end up with their things until they realize they're not going to get their asking price

Nobody realizes “LISTED” doesn’t mean “SOLD” for price.

if t he people running the sales look stuff up and won't cut a deal, let them put em online...so tired of being told it goes for this much on ebay.... then YOU do it.

On the other side: why would I spend a couple of days organizing, setting up, and sitting in the sun to collect $2 for items worth $20 from rude people. I would rather just donate to charity.

@@lindak361 rude people exist everywhere including on ebay. Its not the resellers fault you listed something worth 20 dollars for 2. I will say though if youre a reseller and you haggle for things priced at a dollar then youre a dick ( unless youre buying alot)

During your reselling career, I'm tickled by your colleagues' growing interest in purchasing plush. Initially, you were teased about it. The large burgundy vase purchased had a sticker on the bottom, (possibly Murano). Hopefully, you researched it to ensure proper pricing for its value. The former bass player you conversed with had a large blue & white vase on the table which also had potential value. Broaden your knowledge of art pieces. Sometimes, their value is amazing. They also warrant extremely careful packaging.

Agree with the large blue and white vase...Dave was probably thinking "man I don't want to ship that" but I was hoping he was going to look at it and turn it over to look for any markings. 😂

There’s not a lot of money in storage boxes and shopping bags. She was priced at $40, not any money left in them. PLUS, even those are heavily faked so have to be careful

Don't go shopping with people that have the same taste as yourself -- you're asking for TROUBLE. What if there was a RARE $1000.00 Nintendo item for $50.00 and you both saw it at the same time ?

You rely on "comps" too much. So many times - people "get lucky".
