Another common conditions worth mentioning in my opinion are: Dyspraxia and Auditory processing disorder
To the anxiety point: ASD as a problem of missing brain prediction capability makes it no suprise to cause anxiety. Who would not be anxious all the time when sensations are unpredictable ?
To the bipolar point: There can be a misdiagnosis of bipolar instead of ASD. When you combine one of the executive functions which are not so great "functioning" in ASD - emotional regulation and that amplified with menstrual cycle it can look like bipolar disorder.
to the eating disorders point: I think ARFID is also usual as it is co-occurring at rate of 21% with ASD
