Thank you Dr. Campbell. I cannot imagine how difficult it was when you began to see the disturbing anomalies of treatments versus medical evidence as this virus progressed. I suppose the worst part was realizing that government and medical agencies were actually conspiring together. Such a heartbreaking thing to watch as I have family members and friends in the medical professionals community as well. I applaud you sir for openly sharing your realizations and continuing to share the actual information as it has been made available. You have become a world known medical professional because of your willingness to adjust your position according to the actual data and have received a great deal of criticism for it. Much respect to you and all those who worked together to share the data as it has become available in spite of the harsh criticisms and threats of punishment. You, Dr. Campbell, are greatly appreciated!👏👌🤙

@@joyelmes7814 It's not being "Duped" when you follow standard protocol as a medical professional. When the institutions and officials begin to change those protocols is what separated those who continued to follow along and those who began to question the changing process. There is certainly more than enough harsh criticism to go around in this whole situation, but we do need to place that criticism where it belongs. Many medical professionals had a difficult time believing that their organizations were doing these things deliberately and struggle to accept the truth, but here we are. I personally know of three different reports as early as June of 2019, but they couldn't be verified independently because there were several SARS-COV2 cases in Japan and South Korea at that time, so the assumption was a connection to those cases even though they eventually proved to be Wuhan strain, only to be denied shortly after. It will impossible to ever find out the true scope, but we all have a pretty good general idea now, so that will have to be the understanding we keep. There is definitely a great deal of scepticism in the medical community now and probably will be for a long time to come.

In the case of covid and swine flu I also knew early on that the survival rate was 99+%. My last vax of any kind was a polio booster in the 1960s and I can't remember the last time I have had a cold or flu. Being on the opposite side of the spectrum I will not be quiet. Early on in 2021 when the jab was hot and heavy I asked a lot of "friends" why they wanted to get something that killed the animals in every trial attempted. Three of those people are now not here because of "unknown cause". 76 years old and really dont care what anyone thinks.

@@johnsonpaul1914 Respect! I'm much younger and unfortunately got vaccinated with every mandatory jab back when I was a kid decades ago. It took me many years to recover. That's why my kids aren't getting ANY shots nowadays. We didn't get any COVID shots and despite constant travel and going through busy hubs with millions of people around us, we never got hit hard by the virus. Was merely a sniffles of a couple days. I lost my job because I refused to get the jab, my kids moved to distant learning for the same reason. Yet many of my ex-coworkers, who were calling me an anti-vaxxer, are now getting sick all the time, 3-5 jabs on average, lots of complications, one death (40 y. old). Never trust the narrative when it comes to public health, or anything important for that matter...

In my country, Hungary, everyone went through several colds this winter, but towards the end, the colds were milder and shorter. The flu season has been quite bad, while Covid was nearly gone. Immunity debt seems very real after those two nonsense years. People need to regain their normal immune systems, we cannot protect ourselves from respiratory viruses for the rest of our lives.

Last I was badly ill with flu/chest problems it was in 2019...twice. Both times due to stress. Got made redundant from a crap job...which is what I wanted. Stress gone...been fine ever since. The best way to possibly boost the immune system is to do some extended fasting. Some of the many benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fribrosis/scarring is reversed over time. Fasting increases nitric oxide release. Telomeres are lengthend and fasting also increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. It will also remove any 'foreign material' that is not supposed to be there. Reflexes and short term memory are increased. Fasts from 36-96 h actually INCREASE metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release! After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles as much as 1/3 of all immune bodies and creates new ones, rejuvenating your entire immune system. Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures. Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer. Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Ideal blood sugar is around 80. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell which are used to produce organelles and proteins. This means the mechanisms needed by viruses to replicate are by and large unavailable when you are in a deeply fasted state. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast, though if the amount is tiny you will go back into ketosis very quickly. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many medications are dangerous to take while fasting so you may have to talk to your dr. about discontinuing them during a fast. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building. The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again! Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells. AMPK does many helpful things in the body including activating the body's antioxidant defenses. Deep ketosis virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. This can offset the life threatening symptoms of viral pneumonia which effectively kills you through inflammation. This also creates BHB ketones in your body, which help your immune system and anti-oxidative system, especially in the brain. When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention! When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, which destroys them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer. Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. In fact, the biochemical regulator of BDNF production is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is the same ketone the body produces to nourish the brain while fasting. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. Those with Addison's disease may also be unable to fast without liberal use of exogenous ketones, depending on severity. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness then simply break the fast and seek advice. But here in Japan we seem to be in a different phase still - there was an article on NHK WORLD a few days ago saying we are entering a ninth wave and many people can die. Apparently only about 32% of Japanese have developed resistance to Covid, the article says. About 99% of people in my area still wear masks, even outside. A Japanese staff member walked into my classroom to ask me to sign something and looked terrified of me, keeping a large distance and trying to face away from me, because I was not wearing a mask only while preparing classes. I'm doing my best not to be irritated and to understand that people are scared, but at this stage it's kind of hard.

I have lived with my (now) 100 year old mother in Greece with my two immunocompromised sons for this horrific 3 years. None of us wanted to be vaccinated. None of us caught covid. Your videos have been so critical for us, more especially now that the truth is coming out. You have no idea how important you have been in our journey through this. Now more than earlier. I wish you well and pray you don't dissappear now that the facts are becoming public knowledge.

I wish it were that easy for me. I've had Covid twice and many colds in the past (I think I need Vit D supplements!). Head colds for me are the worse. They linger and linger and sinus headaches are terrible. My personal pandemic is a head cold. Covid was a fever, as it was for most people.
