Well said!!! But it's morphed into outright censorship now. They call it being "cancelled". Commanders gear should be boycotted by the Redskins fan base.

They won 3 Super Bowls with that team name and it's a part of the their history. No problem with the feathers representing their past accomplishments.

The shirt was a node and acknowledgment of Washington's past. The team that once won three Super Bowls. Thinking Dan Quinn is wearing the shirt as a "dog whistle" is asinine. I know Mike Florio can be a cynic, which in part makes him entertaining, but this is really low of him.

Me too because the name the commanders seems so close to the "Cowboys" as those used to hunt and hurt the Indians.. Can we change the name Cowboys too? What about Vikings its a known fact there are No black Vikings so that also must be racist. Actually since we are so offended can we remove any team name with Animals because if that team gets "BEAT" aka loses then that is Animal abuse.. The list is endless..

I heard that Dan Quinn also farted during the press conference. Heard that violates the NFL’s rule on passing gas during a press conference. You’re only allowed to pass gas on practice fields and sidelines, but not in closed venues. Hearing a six figure fine could be considered.

I'm really been disliking these two over more then a year on all their takes. I know Mike has always hated the Redskins even before Dan. Dan just gave so much more fader is all but Chris up in till this last year seemed to hide any bias he has much better. Some my not have liked the name Redskins for what ever their reasons whether be justified or not but they did exist. There are many in the hall of fame as "Washington Redskins" some of the greatest players and Hall of fame coaches the NFL has ever had . The Redskins went to five super bowls won three and for many years were the top selling team in merchandise. The NFL has made minions off "The Redskins" why most the whole history of the team now be swept away? Why can't we still acknowledge and pay a little homage to all the people that made this Franchise and were a driving force in making the NFL it self this juggernaut that it is today? These two are just plain ridiculous. Next these two will be saying is having the Bold Eagle as our National Symbol is racist. I guess Philly needs two change their mascot as well. I don't think I need to click on any of there content anymore they just keep spewing dribble.

well the logo was a big part of what tribes took issue with... however the former brass did not need to change things as dramatically as they did, the uniforms overall didnt need changing, and they couldve found a way to keep the logo at least a resemblance of what it was with the R helmet style... they destroyed it, there's no denying that

The person that made Washington’s logo was Native American. The “left” took what they said and twisted their words and created their own narrative.
