If he had known about the chip he might have, but I doubt that he knew about it. Rex learnt of the chips from Fives, and Gregor and Wolff probably learnt about the chip from Rex

I doubt it will happen, but I really want to see Doom in season 7.

Not exactly some depth. He was only seen for one episode. We saw Cody for a lot more than one episode and we know that he didnt remove it. Question is why didnt rex tell Cody about the inhibitor chip they got along great and respected eachother in the episodes they were in together what changed?

I saw a video about the origonal draft for star wars rebels season 2 with the clones in the AT-TE walker. How the origonal plan was 10 clones in it but was dropped down to the three and how it was rumored that commander doom was gonna be one of them. I wonder how it would have been if they used the og plan to have 10 clones in the walker

His personality is broken and he thinks that only he can be the leader of the Galaxy. He refers to himself in the third person always and surrounds himself with captured battledroids, which he christens "Doombots." He sets himself up as a warlord in the outer rim...on the pastoral planet of Latveroine.

I thought he was based on doomguy/Doom-Slayer. Green armor, the word doom in the name, really good with guns and really good killing enemies. I didn't think about Doctor Doom I would just think about Doomguy.

Doom was actually suppose to be in season 2 of rebels and live with rex,wolfe,gregor and other clones,but scratched the idea off and only put 3 clones Doom would've taken his inhibitor chip and not execute order 66 i wish we got to see him rebels if they didn't scratch it off would've been nice to hear his story.

Unfortunately that would have been cool but they needed the screen time for the new dipshit brigade rather than characters we actually like and not want to be on Alderaan when the Death Star fired.

I wonder the power of regret vs inhibitor chip is so conflicted, he goes mad.

The screenshot of Doom and his men gathered around their fallen leaders body is such a striking image. You can almost see the regret on his helmet and the disgust for the 501st on all of their faces (helmets)

I think, that Commander Doom probably questioned Tup’s actions. He definitely wanted to get to the bottom of it, but most likely did not find the chip in his head.

I believe that Rex had told him along with several other Clones that he trusted about what was discovered after that incident. The reason rex would have told him was because it was one of his jedi that were killed because of a faulty chip. If he wasn't killed for defending his surviving general he likely joined a rebel cell or led his own against the Empire. I like to think he developed a personal grudge against the Emperor and the Kaminoans for what they did to his Jedi generals and his fellow brothers.

I hope they focus more on Doom during the new clone wars, he's a really cool commander.

I honestly hated the Battle of Ringo Vinda, I mean the clones aren’t taking cover, explosions doesn’t do damage to the station, and the Jedi didn’t react when she had a blaster pointed at her...idk it is a cartoon but it just all felt unreal. Plus the other Jedi just calmly walks away when there’s blaster shots from behind.

Dume* As in reference of Kaleb Dume (Which was Kanan's real name, he changed it one Order 66 started). Basically, when Kanan died, his spirit was still working, though he was part of the Force now. Sorry, not Commander Doom. But maybe it could be.....

I think Doom was a unique case because he had a very strong bond with is general just like Bly did but unlike Bly was less by the book and more free thinking like Wolffe or Gregor or Fordo but not super free thinking like Rex or Fives, thats why I think he was the only clone to keep his chip but not execute the order

I don't think the connections Doom made would have resulted in regret. He made a right and logical call for back up. What happened with Tup most likely caused confusion rather than regret. Part of me always thought that Rex had more troopers take out the chips, but once order 66 began, they lost a lot of brothers. So maybe Doom, Fox (probably not) and some of the 501st didn't turn, but died defending the Jedi or trying to escape. Hoping to see that in the new season

In personal Canon I think Doom was smart enough to take a look into the incident of Fives and removes his own inhibitor ship and is still out there somewhere and they'll stumble upon him sometime.

I hope that the Clone Wars show coming out in 2019, might give us a hint about the fate of all the clones we know. Especially that one rumor where 9 clones were supposed to show up in Rebels.

Rather than removing the inhibitor chip (whether Rex informed him of it, or he figured it out himself) it is more likely that after the incident with Tup, Doom would have requested a transfer to a less stressful post. Possibly some outpost in the outer rim with little contact to the rest of the galaxy. Somewhere of no strategic interest to either side. In the event of such a transfer, it's reasonable to assume that he simply never received the order and after learning of the rise of the Empire, he went rogue, much in the same respect as Cut Lawquane.

I am sure he executed order 66, only Rex knew from Fives and he is the one who told Wolffe, and Gregor, if too many clones knew then the higher ups would find out and put these clones down. Order 66 is sad and it is hard to see these clones who served so well with the Jedi just become robots and murder them.

For every Yin, there is a Yang. Its quite possible that his own chip Deactivated itself because his neural signals that pertained to his loyalty & his first hand account of those actions could’ve lead to the chip being ‘starved’ of the neural signals & thus . . .

Well he didn’t have either of the generals during order 66 because they both died by then. The surviving sister was killed by Dukoo and Maul during their escape from the jedi when they teamed up.

It would of been a great idea to have his chip removed and put in rebels. After experiencing order 66 prior to the order itself.

When does season seven release?

I feel like Doom did remove his chip as he was the highest ranking clone when the incident happened, and I feel like Rex would think he would understand.

Unlikely he felt guilty, he made a call and despite the outcome, he had the intention of achieving the mission, clones are designed to handle stresses and have a harder tome getting traumatized, even Fives would later say “we were made to handle this”, referring to the stress of battle and possible PTSD, otherwise all the clones would be traumatized considering how many brothers died and sheer number of battles, Doom felt saddened sure but he likely moved on

I hope he did as far as I know there where 7 clones Rex told of the chip.
