Magnificent! I still remember being a kid and downloading this to my family's computer.
You can see C&C Generals reuse the clicking sounds from C&C 2 Tiberian Sun. C&C Generals and Zero Hour are the last projects Westwood had work on before it's demise.
Funny how Kane still wins. GDI truly is merely delaying the inevitable. Kane already started the second evolutionary stage of tiberium, which by the 4th game almost completely consumes the world anyway - just takes 80 years or so. The only reason Kane went for rocket and, later, for liquid tiberium bomb was his rush to fuck off from Earth already.
Tratos was not the first holder of the tacitus. Kane had it during the first tiberian war. During a Nod early mission when you go back to the temple in Sarajevo, mutants steal the tacitus from Kanes temple.
Kane did not understand the riddle of steel, nor the power of the Dark Side. That is why he failed.
