In the sentence: "I saw a man dancing at the party. Is it a simple sentence or a complex one? My doubt is: Should I consider 'dancing at the part' participle phrase or participle clause?

You are very sweet. I appreciate your kind words and the feedback. To be honest, my family has been going through some difficulties lately, so I have not had much time to make videos these past few weeks. I hope to make some more good ones soon. :)

My favorite sport is soccer. I used to play it when I was young, but since I am older now, I just enjoy watching games (matches) on tv. I like watching European tournaments, because the European soccer clubs are very high level, and many of their players are the best in the world.

Thanks for sharing. My husband and older son love to play and watch soccer, too. 😀 Your writing is perfect. One tiny correction: no comma before “because.” You can see a comma there sometimes, but according to the grammar rules, we don’t use one before most subordinating conjunctions.

Your sentences are missing punctuation. You wrote these: Its one of the most fastest growing sport still its not popular with young people yet . Despite its growing popularity , its not an Olympic sport yet but still I do think it would be soon. Here are the correct ones: It's one of the most fastest growing sport. Still it's not popular with young people yet . Despite its growing popularity , it's not an Olympic sport yet, but still I do think it would be soon.

Thanks teacher for this great lesson and I also have some difficulty about the verb “help”, I know that we can use infinitive with or without to after help but I wonder if we could use gerund after that verb too? Could you please explain a bit regarding this? And if we can use gerund after that does it have a different meaning than help plus infinitive ? Thank you so much.

Good question! Yes, we always use the infinitive or base form of the verb after the verb help (Can you help me carry this? Can you help me to register for classes?). Usually we drop "to," but both are possible. In this case, we cannot use a gerund. However, you will see a gerund after "help" when help is a noun, like this: I need help fixing my car.
