We thought about a gazebo like that, but with the high winds we get sometimes we changed our minds just in case what happened to yours happened here too. As for the blooper at the end with the dogs barking at a pigeon, ours bark at a gnat farting in Madrid 😂

Hope Las Nimfas is on the trail.....Current owner Mimi is a lovely host and previous owners Jose and Maria, so very welcoming, you felt as if you were family in their home ❤ Barking Pigeons!! 😂 how timely!!.....A very important message on Nolitol. @britslivinginspain Hi Andy 👋thanks for the reply......thats a shame about Las Ninfas......its my favourite bar / tapas place in Los montesinos......when I'm cycling training out there....I always stop by Ninfas for a tortilla, anchovies, a zero Estrella Tostada on the way home. Starting out always an espresso! I'm very jealous of the weather......this morning I had to de- ice the car windscreen ! 😳😅 unbelievable!

Ha ha ha.. usually Torrevieja taxis I think? There maybe an app, but we don't use it... (we've found we're using the bus more and more these days, but not always convenient)- Thanks for watching 👍

Seller's market ? , that means it's the worst time to be a home buyer. Being a realtor is a win win position either way👍

Prices haven't increased a lot; it just means that we don't have them long before they sell. Unfortunately it also means it's difficult to find properties for buyers that are in a position to buy.. (a high % of buyers are looking for "holiday homes") Thanks for watching 👍

One of the subscribers called in today- said there 5 promotional flyers in their letterbox... we're hoping the authorities will start to clamp down on unlicensed estate agents soon.... (It's only been law since October to be licensed)
