It doesn't matter, it's like a cult. Like Catholic church back in the days .. you're allowed to do anything as long as you say the right things and you're not caught doing bad things. Btw, if I were you western people, I wouldn't allow my kids to use social networks until they're 18 .. because if that mindset gets to your kids, they will easily become bad people.. What mater is what you do, not what you say..

@@shadow-monger5189 Thank you very kindly :) you may be a random dude on the sea of the internet, but your kindness will not go unnoticed :D. I should address there is a bit more as to why I'm hesitant and whatnot to get involved with this: I'm gay bi-racial(not the main issue per say), and I would not want to be hired for the sake of diversity/fill in a checkbox (I feel like it dehumanizes me because I fill a checkbox rather then my merits/skill/talent). I'm not against diversity hires only if a person is hired for their merits/skill/talent and not who he/she sleeps with etc. I also feel they would expect me to write gay only characters as well or make already well established superheros as gay/lesbian etc (something I won't do if they have not been otherwise) and I would rather try to create something new. I also won't shove politics in my comics, or if I did, it would be a tic-tac size, if not smaller bit of it, not shoved in a persons face. Any character I create would not be perfect (aka Mary Sue or the male equivalent), they would be flawed, have issues like everyone else and have to put in effort to achieve something, and always have people to count on for help when it gets too crazy. When you mentioned independent comics, that gave a bit of hope as it seems like they are immune to the plague of social garbage and value character development/story telling and social agendas come last (if not come in at all). Also in light of this pandemic and being laid off work temporarily, I've dedicated my time into re-reading my art books again and hopefully (excuse the pun) DRAW something from in and help sharpen my skill! Sorry for the lengthy reply! Stay safe out there! :)
