The reason why you got E 4 is because of too much suds. You need to put its on its side with the whole that you connect the plumbing to over the sink so you can get out most of the sudsy water, then run a cycle without any tablets or dishes in to let the water clear out all the suds. Next time use powder and don't put too much in. The tablet is designed for a larger dishwasher with larger capacity.

Appreciate the honest UK review. Too many of the reviews I watched felt like undisclosed paid ads. On amazon it seems to come down to the Comfee or an slightly cheaper unbranded option. I'm tempted for one of these but they're not as cheap as permanent counter top dishwashers. I'm a little wary of it being an unknown brand. How are you finding the dish washer a month on from your review?

I dont understand how does wash detergent from the hole in the door get on the dishes ? Should not it fall down from its place when you close the door ? Even if it does not fall down i dont understand how it gets on dishes.

I bought a new but there was leak at the base

I am in the UK, and bought this dishwasher on a 'best buy' review. As the OP stated, loading is a pain in the a**, and I lost my temper and smashed most of my side plates, as they would not stand up, even when loaded as per instructions. Maybe this says more about me than the dishwasher, but I still would not recommend it. When Amazon lets me know I can review it, it will get 0 or 1 stars. So frustrating.
