Hunting Hawk He's decent at best. His movement could get a boost and he needs to have good frame knowledge on common moves and how to properly punish them.

I fought him with my xiaoyu against his hwoarang at first I didn’t realise it was him and won the first round then I realised who I was playing against and lost 3 straight xD.

Jin is actually a pretty decent character. Can be played really well and contend with the top tiers. DEVIL JIN on the other hand is amazing. Defnitely in the top tiers
