Several vegan or vegetarian people did hot ones in the past. They had fried cauliflower or plant nuggets for those guests. :)

Sir, I went vegan in OKLAHOMA. Look up Cattleman's restaurant; the cow doesn't even get warm before it gets to your plate. You got corn, right? Eat that. Beans, rice, lentils, carrots, peas, spinach, lettuce....no farms grow that in Illinois? If you want trash to eat- Skittles, Swedish Fish, Sweet Chili Doritos, Oreos, Coca Cola. There you go. Plant based eating. If you want to be vegan, make it about the animals and their suffering. It becomes INCREDIBLY EASY to not eat the vulnerable.
