Love cockatoos, they have 200% personality compared with other birds and animals. I’m lucky to live in a city where it is commonplace to see sulphur crested cockatoos and galahs.

They are not the largest of the cockatoos. The largest cockatoo is the Palm cockatoo. And the Australian Black cockatoos are bigger than the Moluccan cockatoos. The Sulpher crest and Corellas are about the same size of the Moluccan. You should do your research.

The Moluccan's I've personally known are bigger than any Sulpher Crested I've personally encountered, can't say that about a Black Palm since I've never encountered one in person, or most black Cockatoos. I was thinking more on a scale of width, beak etc., but I understand that would be incorrect. Cheers

@@bkm2797 I am not sure that there isn’t a cockatoo that is even larger, but I returned from Bali on Friday, and whilst there, we went the Bali Bird Park and I was lucky enough to have a Palm Cockatoo sit on one shoulder and a Macaw on the other. . All I could say was “Wow!” They really are huge birds! To be honest, who cares about the size, as long as we love them, and protect them all from this horrible new strain of bird flu. Bless

I have a Moroccan cockatoo named Sasy. She was 8 years old when I adopted her in 2001. After several heart surgeries I had to move to an apartment in a town closer to my heart Dr's. We've lived in an apartment in a bldg with 67 units. We've been here 7 years now & everyone loves her, & have had no problems.i take her out for 8-10 blocks 3 or 5 times a day & she gets petted so many times. She's become a celebrity in Williamsport.. she's the perfect companion who uses no bad words & doesn't bite, & loves to cuddle.
They are delightful Misha is in good hands it was meant to be 👍

Such a beautiful cockatoo. In Australia, where I'm from, they are wild everywhere. Prefer them to be in the wild out of a cage 😢 However, Misha is an exception, as it doesn't look like he'll fair well in the wild.
What’s beautiful bird. They are so smart, loving and loyal. Personally I think exotic birds should be illegal to own so the illegal bird trade suffers. And also eliminate people giving gem up because they do t take time to educate themselves on How much work and dedication it takes. Birds live quite a long time. I wonder would those types also abandon their human children? Thank you for rescuing this beautiful comedian.

The elderly lady; mentioned in the KZread video, could still visit with her bird friend....If not that's wrong.. Someone Illegally stole a quaker bird named sweet pea from a little girl that was born in 1995..She had the bird ride on her shoulder while she was still in a diaper.. Specific humans went to h#ll forever that supposedly stole the little green feathered quaker bird from the kid just prior to 2014.
