Is not really a "Beatles song." This is marketing. Beatles broke up in 1970 and John and George are dead. This isa song from the Lennon solo years. Paul is forcing to finished this sont and to release it but saddly John ang George are not here to approve and consent

@@KingNothing710 gotcha, yeah beatles in name only i'm afraid. olivia or dhani harrison probably consented on on behalf of george's estate and sean lennon probably makes day to day decisions for his father's estate. this is maybe just closure for all us fabites.

And in the end The love you take Is equal to the love you make.

I saw The Beatles in 1964 in Toronto. Also, in 65 and 66. Still have my tickets.

Never thought I’d live the moment where I’d hear one last song by the Beatles- that too fifty years later 😭

I am so thankful that Paul kept his word and finished this song. I cried the first time I heard John’s demo of this song. I can’t wait to hear the finished version. 💕🎵🎸

I wish my Mom was still alive for this. She would've loved it! 🥲 It almost feels like those that are gone, the next generation either in the song's creation or in its appreciation is seeing through this legacy.

I’m 22 years old. And this probably is going to be the only time in my life that I witness a beatle record being released! What a honor!

'Last song ever...' Most of us thought that when John said his famours '"I hope we passed the audition" line in the run-out grooves at the end of the Let It Be album in 1970. In the mid-90s we got a large number of tracks that had only previously been available on bootleg including the excellent 'Leave My Kitten Alone' and 'That Means Alot." Yesterday, I was listening to many tracks that the Beatles recorded between 1963 and 1970 and I realised that the music is as potent today as it was when it was first released to the public in 196?. I honestly don't believe there will ever be a day when Beatles music isn't playing somewhere.

No you obviously weren't around back then, almost nobody thought we'd heard the last of the Beatles. They were such a presence and constant juggernaut of entertainment, it seemed like they could get back together and rule the world again whenever they wanted. This obviously changed about 10 years later, that's when we all realized what was gone forever.

I felt the same way being around 23 when the Anthology albums were released. Never thought I'd be hearing a new song from the Beatles. Now I'm around 46 and the fairy tale continues. Long live The Beatles.
