That is some fantastic scenery! I especially liked seeing the caves and regional differences in cultures and landscapes in Bamiyan.

Bamiyan is the city where the classic Bollywood movie 'Dharmatma' was actually shot back in 1974 and the road shown at 14:40 is where the song "Kya khoob lagti ho badi sunder dikhti ho" was shot. The lead star Feroz Khan was although born in India but his parents actually migrated from Afghanistan back in the early 1910's.

Afghanistan is an undiscovered country. Amazing to see Bamiyan I was supposed to see Bamiyan in 77 with a Hazara friend in Quetta who was basically from Bamiyan but unfortunately War started and after that I lost my friend Ali in an accident. How did you connect to this family where the children took you.

No religion teaches hate. We respect all religions and their followers. My muslim friends pray in my home, my Hindu friends can also pray at my home, the world needs peace and love. Fighting in the name of religion is absolutely rubbish. May the perpetrators be forgiven by the God and i hope they realize and repent their mistakes by doing something good and noble.
