Couples sleeping separately is more common than people think. Alot of people snore, people are weird about the temperature of the room. Whatever keeps the relationship in a healthy place!

My husband and I sleep in separate bedrooms. I snore but am a light sleeper. He tosses and turns all night which wakes me up constantly. My health requires me to have enough rest when I need it, so this is what works for us

Same as us, i think its becoming more common for couples to have seperate bedrooms, it sure works for me as im a light sleeper too😅

Oh my goodness, I also have a sock dog! She’s super well behaved and never touches anything that isn’t hers, with the one exception of socks! I’d love to know what it is that some dogs just can’t resist about socks! Loving the daily vlogs so much! My daughter and I sit and watch them together while we have our evening meal 💜

Sleeping in separate bedrooms is my dream staycation. I am slowly moving into the guest room.

I think it’s healthy. My husband snores and likes a warm room. I like cold dark room so we have separate bedrooms. We’ve been together 12 years and married 10 years and have 3 kids. I also get up at 5 am and my husband works late so it’s nice to know he can rest and I’m not disturbing his sleep. We tend to sleep in the same bed mainly in winter but not really at all in summer. I think when your so tired any little thing can make you more cranky like stealing covers/ snoring/ restless sleep. So having the option to have your own space helps you to decompress and be less irritated and stressed. I highly recommend it. We are also very vocal with each other on nights we’d rather not be alone. Communication is key. Xx

My husband and I have slept in separate rooms for years. He has really severe sleep apnoea and the whooshing of his CPAP machine keeps me awake. I’m a light sleeper, I like a quiet, cold, dark room, window slightly open. He likes a super warm duvet and the room warm, window closed. So it works for us too, 25 years of marriage and counting…xxx

I sleep separately, I am such a fidget as I have restless leg syndrome and have very unsettled sleep, hate the heat of another person whilst I’m trying to get to sleep too and need a fan on no matter how cold it is , there definitely is still “couple time” but the sleeping arrangements work well

I don’t know about sleeping separate, but I can tell you one thing, I’m tired of my husband stealing my pillow. It’s funny you should mention this, because after seeing your bedroom, my thoughts were, oh, I would love to have my own bed just for one night.

We sleep in separate bedrooms. I go to bed later than my husband and I watch television or pop a movie in. Most everyone We also get up at different times. I have too much stuff! I keeping buying things I don't need at all and then the upstairs is full so I take them to Goodwill. Let's just say, I have a big problem! Ouch! Xoxo

Ive been with my partner two years pervious was single 14 years im 35 and i love having him in bed to cuddle with my life limiting illness when im not 100% he gives the best cuddles and its not so scary but i get what you say if your together 24/7 to be able to have that bit of space is healthy so we only see each other weekends for that reason and it works so well as i have carers too but he gets on well with them your red cardi looks amazing hope you managed to find your self a warmer coat. Im going to get my self a wool cardi in sea salt in new year as its my 35 birthday so going to treat my self to some new bits as such good qaulity and they last a long time sending you a happy christmas to you and your goregous dog and ive loved you doing vlogmas still more to go. You should do a baking video with sophie something christmas themed 💖⛄️🎄❄️

I do shift work and come home at different times in the night (2am-6am) and then my partner gets up for work (8-9am) and on those nights we sleep in different rooms. Then I’m not waking him up when I get home and he’s not waking me up when he gets up for work. Means we both get sleep.

Your eye cream could be evaporating because of the water content. Always make sure u keep the plastic seal & the cap on tightly.❤
