I adore Anne Blyth just beautiful as Kathie! & what a voice Brilliant!

Right, the marveless bear filling technic is a classical" beckmesser". So much foam and suddenly the glasses are full on the way to the tables, oh those wonders of film making, :) Still a fine scene from the movie

@Jockel66 Also ich muss sagen, so zu zapfen, dass aus schaumgefüllten Gläsern während des Transports _biergefüllte_ Gläser werden ist doch eine äüßerst beachtliche Leistung ;)

I understand why record contracts did not permit the complete soundtrack on L.P. but surely Elizabeth Doubleday.who sounded amazingly like Ann Blyth,could have sung Come Boys and the other few soprano tracks which would have provided us with a more complete 12 inch album.Lanza’s singing was wonderful but he did tend to dominate after “The Great Caruso”.
