Having never been, whenever I think of New York my first thoughts are of hustle and bustle, if not straight up chaos. But this vlog brought out those cozy vibes and the only thing better than a good book is a good book you brought back from a lovely trip. This was so fun! I loved seeing the shops of NY! And books really are way too expensive, we have the same issue here in Canada (ours are even a bit more pricey but only by a few dollars) hence why I get used books or library books. I am NOT spending $30+ on my TBR or I’m going to go broke real quick 😂 once in a while is fine though

They were so big!! But functionally big if that makes sense, they had so much on their shelves which was lovely! 🤞🏿🤞🏿you make it someday

watching this as a brazilian is so funny and also sad because books here are very expensive so a $28.99 book here is just a normal book, $17.99 is a very cheap book and $8.99 is basically for free

I get it 😂😂 I spent the majority of my time in the Brooklyn area (I believe). I would definitely recommend the McNally Jackson bookshop, it was SO NICE

Sad! People are still recommending masks. I wouldn’t have gone there. I care about business that actually care about people and their health.
