Thomas Brzozowski is the Counsel for Domestic Terrorism for the U.S. Department of Justice. Dr. David Schanzer hosted the event for the Triangle Center for Terrorism and Homeland Security’s (TCTHS) ”Reflecting on the 21st Anniversary of September 11, 2001” series. They discussed the ways to recognize domestic terrorism, the greatest domestic terrorist threat in the U.S., the methods being employed to combat that threat, the events that transpired on January 6, 2021, and subsequent legal proceedings that followed the insurrection, and other topics. The TCTHS hosts a 9/11 Reflection event annually.
