People really slept on Islam's boxing coming into UFC 280. He might not have crazy power like Oliveira, or the speed of Khabib, but the guy is a solid technician who is dangerous both coming forward and boxing off the back foot.

He would never have gotten knocked out if he had a solid striking game. He was throwing Superman punches again and again and was bound to get caught. Definitely was not even a decent striker before that UFC loss.

Shoulder dislocation sucks... once it pops out, any slightest wrong movement done will cause it to dislocate again. However, i feel that training your shoulder at the gym do help give strength in it.
