The Sunday Cat is the newest model from Com-Pac Yachts. It is a gaff headed, cat rigged, daysailer that has a small cabin for gear storage and a porta potty. It is also equipped with the Mastendr Plus quik rig sailing system that allows the mast to be raised from the cockpit.

Just picked up a Com-Pac 19 and it looks like the same care was taken to make it ! Sold my much loved Catalina 25 after seeing the Com-Pac. Beautiful Boat! All the best, Monte

why did you sell the C25? I have a sunday cat but would like a bigger boat

I wonder why they didn't show how big a pain the butt it can be to raise the gaff rig sail?????

Trick is to raise the gaff parallel to the boom until luff is stretched and then raise the gaff up. Notice the rigging is designed to help with this. Practice makes perfect.

Raising a gaff isn't a a bit pain in the but. You just have to know how to do it. I've had less binding with my gaff then any three sided sail I've ever had.
