How come nobody uses downriggers on the Columbia?

I'm not sure the reason. It seems to be effective. I know people that have downriggers and prefer to lead and a spreader. We use the same technique on the snake and Clearwater in Idaho.

Nothing beats a custom rod Lami / Loomis / Shimano etc. I happen to think Rainshadow sells the best rod blanks.

littlegoobie all guides charging upwards of $200 or more per seat. Kind of wrecking it for recreational people.
