Colugo vs Uppababy ... what's the best compact stroller?

The Colugo Compact and the Uppababy Minu are two of the leading compact strollers on the market.
They also have a number of striking similarities.
But, there are meaningful differences. Including price-the Uppababy Minu is $100+ more than the compact, and that's not factoring in accessories. So, is the Minu worth the extra cash? Which stroller is objectively better? Which of those differences matter? And, how should parents decide which stroller comes out on top in the Uppababy Minu vs Colugo Compact in this lightweight championship fight?
In this comparison, John compares these two strollers across a number of features that actually matter in a compact stroller, including:
- Folding & storage
- comfort for your baby, and you
- A true price comparison
- Accessories, including what's included and available separately
- Ride and build quality
- And a whole lot more
So, which is the best compact stroller? You'll have to watch to find out ...

I just wanted to subscribe because you're an active dad. I grew up with both of my biological parents in my life. Dads are just as vital to a child's life as moms. You're awesome !!

Thank you for all the information! These two are the ones I am debating about. My one question that I have that wasn’t answered was the cushioning on the seat.

9”. 😆 That said, I think choosing a stroller is hella hard. I’m on my second kid and thus far I’ve used five different strollers. They’ve all been passed down to me or I’ve bought them for a song second hand. I don’t think any of them are worth their brand new price and I’m glad I didn’t pay that and feel stuck with it. I recommend buying second hand or borrowing a stroller if you can. If you really love it and you want to invest in the latest model to have for your current and future kiddos, then you can feel confident in your decision.

This was very helpful and informative. I think the Coluga is more for me with the price.

Nice video. Very clear comparison. Can you tell more about travelling (by plane) with the strollers. What is allowed, what not? And also from what age / weight is the stroller recommended. Thank you

This review is great! But I genuinely don't think you need to do dirty jokes when reviewing... baby gear... not sure how your reviews are these days but I hope that stopped 😅
