I love the Iris colors with the hummingbird’s colors..

You can ink blend it how ever you want too. I did extra because that’s what I like. Don’t be afraid at all to use them. Also, you could use a photo of an Iris and take it slow! You got this!!!

I gotta say, this really wasn’t very helpful. How were we to follow how to put the color where? You had the benefit of your vision ( in YOUR head) but we didn’t. Perhaps show a picture of an iris and the breakdown of how color lights and darks hit it and then how the layers work so we can ‘see’ your vision.

It didn’t make me feel bad. I wasn’t using a light source for my coloring, that’s why it wasn’t mentioned. I just color things in a way that makes sense to me, I’m not a professional artist, just a professional card maker. 😊 I hope you have a wonderful day
