Collin's Lab: DIY Cymatics

Ғылым және технология

The simple process of vibrating a dish of liquid can make for some pretty interesting results - mixing in a bit of cornstarch can be downright freaky.

And that sound was longitudinal electricity in the ether gaseous medium. Google "Transverse & Longitudinal Electric Waves and Tesla’s Longitudinal Electricity" by electrical engineer Eric Dollard. Also you can use Trifield meter to measure the differences between transverse and longitudinal electric waves. Check video "Replication of Eric Dollard's Analog Computer". Also google "Eric Dollard - How to create Stars, Nebula and Galaxy with Tesla Coils".

you can levitate objects with enough power. Ping pong balls are easily done. Ultrasonic frequencies can hold objects suspended and mix liquids without touching them, very useful for chemistry and to hold the liquid hydrogen droplet ready for laser pulse fired fusion.

+mwm2929 EXACTLY! :P This is also how the mind works. When we're being formed in the womb & as our brain forms, sound waves our forming are brains (hence, the curves/wrinkles) from the noise outside the womb & in it (liquid flow)! So, when we're born, as babies, if born in healthy enough conditions, we have ESP to some form/degree! However, depending the upbringing & lifestyle, we still have the ability to use it or wind up losing ESP usage... *For those interested, look up on a Japanese actor named Tadanobu Asano. You can google his name & extrasensory perception.... he elaborates on how he uses it & what it means to him! :P

For Windows, you can use Expression Tone Generator. Use wave(1,X,0) where X is your frequency. Say you want 60Hz like in the video, it's wave(1,60,0)

Here's a theory for you; Extremely low sonic frequencies may be used to "massage" tissue to aid in tissue functions like repair and growth. Imagine the gelatinous area in say a leg wound. Very low frequency sounds may help jiggle the mass lowering its effective viscosity, helping white blood cells and such move through the muck.

Excellent experiment. At 100 Hz, I see the dish doing an additional vibration at a much lower frequency. Must be a resonance point of some sort. Would be nice to play with that some more, as lower frequencies and wider amplitudes might giver creepier FX.

You can almost levitate that mixture??? What if you tried to levitate a small wire or rod at the right frequency??? At what frequency would you use to levitate that wire??? What if you went one step further and flipped the speaker up side down, would you still be able to levitate the speaker and later the speaker and the wire??? Just thinking out loud... Let me know if you try this idea???
