i moved into a college dorm at uwi! this move was very last minute but i still wanted to document what it was like from the dorm shopping, to the very moment i first stepped foot in the room, to the cleaning and everything. here's what it was like moving on to the elsa leo-rhynie towers hall at uwi for the second semester of the school year!

I got the mini fridge at Courts - the price was around 40k or so but you can get cheaper in local Indian Haberdasheries

Thanks for watching 🔥 And as it relates to UWI vs UTech law, I can really only speak for what UWI offers cause I’m unfamiliar with UTech’s LLB programme - UWI has a very well recognized LLB programme which has access to a number of key resources, people and institutions all over the region and the word at large. UWI also facilitates direct entry into Norman Manley Law School, which UTech does not. Coming from UTech LLB you will have to do an entry test to get into Norman Manley.

Most floors of the towers aren’t tiled, only the ground floors which are for males. There are 5 different towers and only 1 of the 5 towers are fully tiled (that tower is for freshers)

I paid $110 for rent per week and yeah I had to put down a $120 security deposit (which I got back at end of the summer)
