the fact that princess polly reached out makes me think differently about that. i love the idea of brands who support the influencers they work with and dont just send clothes for promotion and thats that. they build a relationship and truly want the best for people aside from the business gain

Gretchen, Make sure you wear your doc martens around for several days before you leave! You WILL get blisters while breaking them in. You don't want your first wear or be breaking them in during Coachella! Wear thick socks and just push through and wear them around as much as possible!!!

Still in such shock that I got the chance to meet you on Saturday. It was truly some of the best 10-15 minutes of my life as I've been watching your videos since I was 12 and now I'm 17 and heading off to college. To anybody who questions whether or not Gretchen is the person she presents in her videos: she absolutely is. She took 15 minutes out of her personal time with her friends at Playa Bowls to talk to me and ask me questions about MY life! She truly love us all so much. By the way, directly to Gretch: I didn't want to bring it up at Playa because you seemed so happy and I know how hard it can be to come across those moments, but I lost my dad nearly 10 years ago now. My heart broke when I heard about your father and it continues to break for you. But you will get through this!! He is always watching you & he loves you more than anything. I know what your going through and how hard it is but you are so strong & positive and he will always be there.

Awe Ava I love you so much! It was so great getting to know you for a bit and hear about your college choices. I'm so sorry you lost your dad as well and that gives me hope seeing how strong and sweet you are :) Hopefully I run into you again in Boston in the fall! Go Terriers ;)

Hahah so fun to see how comfortable Max has gotten in front of the camera over time! Hey hun, I want to give you advice and do with it what you will. After something as devastating as this happens you may just adjust to what your life was before and almost don't let yourself feel it because you know if you will you will crumble and it's scary to really let yourself feel. Trust me I've been through losing someone close to me. I choose to not let myself really feel it because I was terrified as to what would happen if I did. So I continued to live my life like normal like it was before that person was gone. It was the worst thing I could've done. I brushed it under the rug for a long time until one day I boiled over and it was as though I had been too far gone. I was tterrifiedto feel the pain. And accept the situation. Coping with something as traumatic as to what you went through is totally your call and only you know how you feel so everything I'm saying could be complete opposite for you I just know from experience with my friends that they used my advice. So my advice to you is to talk to someone. If you relate to what I'm saying, talk to therapist who specializes in coping. I only wish I had someone tell me this when it happened to me so I didnt get as dark as I did.
