great video. i too had similar problems with 50/50 splits. as well as theres a bowling/axe throwing bar 42 minutes from out of route that wanted to work with me but i cant justify that distance right now. i try to only pick up businesses on my current route and only expand by 15/18 minute distances when add on route.

If they're okay with a lower commission because of the distance and would be interested in several machines, I would do it. Bowling alleys can be REALLY good for mini-arcades since there's not much to do between turns. Thanks for the comment! :)

@@VendingClub they only want one larger machine. but im hoping this summer i can get my route towards there but ive had a lot of obstacles in the way of making that happen unfortunatelty. mostly the lack of businesses between here and there. but your doing great! keeep up the amazing work my man!

Do you find that your location in this video does pretty well with it being a win every time? We would love to try running a win every time machine. :)

Only because a majority of the players are younger kids -- they specifically requested a win-every-time machine because of that, and I couldn't agree more with their request seeing the results. With a customer base older than that, it's more so looked at as a glorified vending machine and I wouldn't play it myself. If you were to place a win-every-time machine, I HIGHLY suggest you find a location that mostly does birthday parties and/or events! Every day either has less than two plays or 5+, it all depends on the group!

That laundromat did you a favor by not responding to you. There' s no way that you should have accepted a 50/50 split before expenses. The only way that a vendor could make money with such an arrangement would be if no product was involved (i.e.: video games). Some claw vendors do offer 50% commission, but only AFTER expenses.
