I really like the jasper iron combo when finished. They are usually a great contrast. I thought I was the only one that had to hold their pants up when full of rocks. 😊I can't wait for the reveal. Keep having fun! Be happy, safe and stay healthy stay healthy. 😷⚒

Ahhh, Banded Iron Jasper, those were the days, such a long time ago when we had our first encounter and you sent me gifts declaring your unbridled love and passion , i did not shun your advances, never, not once. But I soon discovered that your unbridled love and passion is for rocks, and your advances were not for me but for subscribers.

I like the way they polish. I have a few in my garden that were too big to deal with (yet). They are miserable rocks to cut. I think the iron in them dull the blades quickly.

Hey, you miner you. : ) I don't recall seeing tumbled, banded iron, but I do have a few red jaspers from here in California, Mountain Bouncer tumbled and sent me a few years ago. Stay away from Lady Squatchies and horseflies. : ) From Nance, the Nor Cali Gal.

@@meMiner I have always found that to be true. The more I sit around the more my old wounds hurt, the more active I am the better. The only thing that hurts us is our brutal winters man. I can go into some weird hibernation mode January and February. Then come March I start to venture out and everything hurts.
