After what seems a lifetime with a steel strung guitar and self penned songs I can count on one hand the people who have moved me to want to continue writing and performing. Colin is one of those people. I saw him by chance really when I was picking up my daughter from The Edinburgh Festival a few years back. What better way to spend some time waiting hanging around than take in some live music, and having no expectations I bought a ticket last minute to Colins' gig. I was blown away and ever since remain a big fan of his. I hope he tours the UK soon. G'day mate.
Love listening to you talk story. Especially about the instruments and music.
John Walker makes superb prewar Gibson replicas ,very resonant guitars.
Gonna have a great time with Colin and my friends in Montgomery Alabama May the 4th!
It’s a beautiful piece of artwork indeed.
Beautiful Guitar Colin..sounds really full and earthy ..roots music style sound
Listened to the complete album when I was out and about yesterday. Very good album. Agatha Bell 🔔 my favorite song on the record. 😎
Colin, you certainly bring out the best in that beautiful instrument.
Wow,beautiful Guitar!
Beautiful guitar and song!
love your John Walker guitar ... I have a Walker Wise River. Yours may be prettier, but mine sounds as good! Thank you for sharing!
Sounds crisp and Smooth Colin babe! The secret of recording is in your microphone 🎤 and proper resonce and correct Khz and Kbs your vocal mic is too cold you need to warm it up a bit with a tad resonce and keep your strings polished to prevent callouses on the fingers..
