Coleman Vertex 7500 Generator
The armature bolt had partially vibrated loose from the crankshaft and snapped off! Why?
This video shows the process I had used to make the repair and try and investigate why this happened.
Do you have any ideas?
Of note, upon reassembly, I used blue LockTite on the new armature bolt.

I got the same generator, still brand new ..
drill it use a easy out !!!
